Welcome to the beautiful Asco Valley. The team at Camping E Canicce in Asco extends a warm welcome to our campsite to all families, nature-loving couples, cyclists and hikers, in our ideal seaside location. Everything has been thought out for a comfortable, fantastic holiday on the Island of Beauty. We use solar hot water, environmentally-friendly cleaning practices and work with local suppliers to ensure an ecologically friendly holiday.

Camping E Canicce, our campsite in an ideal seaside location, is open to guests from 1 March to 30 November.

Now celebrating 20 years in business, Camping E Canicce's team extend guests a warm welcome to the gates of the Asco Valley, in our riverside setting surrounded by holm oaks, an opportunity to savour our island's nature. Asco Valley is famous for its biodiversity and beauty, as well as its authenticity and the range of outdoors physical and sports activities on offer, including the famous GR20 hiking trail, via ferrata routes, canyoning, hiking and skiing, and, of course, for the most experienced athletes, Corsica's highest mountain, Monte Cinto.

Our houses

House rental in Haute-Corse

Our houses boast the cachet of Corsican stone, blending the charm of rustic life and island authenticity. A Murza is a type 2 house (for 2 to 4 people) consisting of a bedroom (with double bed), a living room with a convertible sofa, and a kitchen. A Nepita is a type 4 house (for 4 to 6 people) consisting of three bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. These houses offer fully-equipped kitchens, with: fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, hobs, bathroom with washing machine; garden lounge, sunbeds and private barbecue. Cleaning not included; for more information, please contact the campsite team. Pets are not allowed in house rentals.

Pitches

Tent / mobile home rentals and caravan sites in Haute-Corse

We are in an ideal location, right by the river, with stunning mountain views, for a guaranteed change of scenery.We offer 28 demarcated pitches, on a 1-hectare, tree-lined plot; our washroom facilities, renovated in 2021, comprise separate individual shower cabins, and toilets are cleaned daily (and are accessible to guests with reduced mobility). Pitches are powered (optional daily fee of €5). Pets allowed (maximum of 2 dogs per pitch). For cyclists and hikers, we offer ready-pitched, 2-person tent rentals, or 2-person caravan (without washroom) rentals. Mobile home rentals include access to our cosy relaxation area. Our campsite offers a choice of three comfortable mobile homes: Finochju for 6 people, or Morta and Carnepula for 4 people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in house and mobile home rentals.

Getting here

From Bastia Port or Airport, Ile Rousse Port or Calvi Airport, or even from Corte

From Ile Rousse port, or from Calvi airport: to reach Camping E Canicce, head towards Ponte Leccia via Balanina (RT 30), take the Asco road intersection towards Moltifao, then drive straight on for 5 kilometres.

From the port of Bastia, or from Bastia-Poretta airport, head south towards Ponte Leccia, take the first road on the left (Asco road to Moltifao), then go straight for 5 kilometres.

If coming from the south, from Corte, head towards Ponte Leccia, then take Asco road, and then head towards Moltifao for 5 kilometres.
